Mission

BCCJ develops a diverse community of socially responsible leaders, both individuals and organizations, that advances social justice throughout Greater Boston.

Vision

We envision Greater Boston transformed: A region recognized for the diversity and the strength of its communities, for the connections among those communities, and for a shared commitment to social justice and equality.

Description:
We advance our mission through our three flagship programs: InIt (The Leadership Initiative) for high school students; LeadBoston for mid to senior level professionals; and the BCCJ Business Network for companies engaged with corporate social responsibility.

The flagship programs are followed by a web of programming and support services for our alumni. These support services focus on continuing the leadership development process for alumni and providing them with resources to create relevant impact in their communities.
