The Santa Barbara African Heritage Film Series (SBAHFS) is celebrating its 10 Anniversary in 2009 and is in need of volunteer Public Relations persons.

The Public Relations (PR) person will assist and/or develop marketing and promotion opportunities for SBAHFS. The PR person will help to acquaint the community with positive cultural films, filmmakers, art, Kidz Day, Teen Night and annual historical displays, as well as other events.

We require that all volunteers fill out a volunteer application that can be found on the SBAHFS website at www.sbahfs.org. High school students can volunteer with the permission and signature of a parent or guardian. Also, students can qualify for Community Service by volunteering with SBAHFS.
