The Santa Barbara African Heritage Film Series (SBAHFS) is celebrating its 10 Anniversary in 2009 and is in need of volunteer Grant Writers, Public Relations persons and Clerical Assistants.

Volunteers serve in various capacities at events. They sale tickets at the door, usher, lead children activities, set-up event, decorate, serve food, clean-up and do other activities to ensure the success of the event.

We require that all volunteers fill out a volunteer application that can be found on the SBAHFS website at www.sbahfs.org. High school students can volunteer with the permission and signature of a parent or guardian. Also, students can qualify for Community Service by volunteering with SBAHFS.
