A great opportunity to provide assistance and support to the various agency staff coordinators in the day-to-day running of the center and in providing services to people with disabilities. Volunteer opportunities are at both locations in Garden Grove and Laguna Hills and may involve research, data entry, clerical, fundraising, event planning, library setup, etc. May provide assistance in Peer Support Groups and other activities of the Dayle McIntosh Center. This is a great volunteer opportunity to work in an Independent Living Center that provides great services and advocacy for people with disabilities.
Must be over 18 years old. Ability to follow directions and carry out assignments in either team or independent work environments. Basic computer knowledge, phone skills, clerical, etc are a plus, but not necessary. Must enjoy working in a friendly service oriented environment.
