Volunteer guardians have the responsibility to make health and placement decisions on behalf of the ward. The needs of the ward are matched with the abilities of the guardian. The guardian is a friend and advocate to the ward. Please see volunteer description under agency description for complete information.
A volunteer guardian must be at least 21 years old and a resident of Wisconsin. Initial and on-going training will be provided. Applicants must complete an application, a Background Information Disclosure form, and provide references. This opportunity is sponsored by: Volunteer Guardianship Program
