Crew leaders are those more skilled volunteers who assist the House Leader and Construction Supervisor in leading the unskilled volunteers in a specific task such as installing a window.

Some basic construction knowledge and experience is needed. This is not a "professional" job, but a good weekend handyman or someone who does lots of his/her own home repair is qualified.
