Volunteer services provides the mechanism for volunteering within University Health System. The volunteer office at University Hospital coordinates orientation, on-going training, placement, and maintenance of volunteer records.
History:
Since 1958,University Health System has offered quality health care to the residents of Bexar County, South Texas and beyond. Our volunteers are an important part of that fine tradition of quality health care. We offer two categories of volunteer opportunities: junior program (14-18) and senior program (18+)
