Description:
Immigration Counseling and Outreach Services exists in order to provide accurate legal information to low income persons of any nationality, race, or religion concerning their immigration status or the immigration status of their relatives with a focus on family and humanitarian based cases and to provide education to the community at large about the ways in which immigration law affects individuals, families, and the community.
