Description:
Aseracare hospice provides care to terminally ill patients in their homes,long term care facilities, assisted livings or wherever the patient resides throughout Atlanta and surrounding area. Our interdisciplinary team will provide a holistic continuum of care to meet the patient and families unique needs as the end of life draws. Volunteers are an integral part of our team and provide much needed support to our patient's and families
History:
Formerly known as Peachtree Hospice we served the Atlanta community for many years. In 2004 the name was changed to Aseracare Hospice and we are now part of a national hospice provider.
