New Directions provides residential, therapeutic foster care, adoption, diagnostic and treatment, intensive case management, parenting, children's mental health, Wraparound, early intervention, independent living and non-secure detention services to youth and families in Western New York and the surrounding areas. The agency provides services to children and adolescents of all ages and backgrounds.
