Our pantry provides nutritional support to families,single parents,and seniors on a weekly basis. In the Old First Ward Community We also try to help our families at the holidays with not only nutrition but toys for underprivlleged children in their families.

Description:
Our pantry provides nutritional support to low income families,individuals,single parents, and seniors in the 14210 & 14204 zip codes. Approimately 75 households with over 150 individuals. We operate solely on a 100% donation basis , with assistance from the food bank of WNY. We also provide holiday support to the best of our ability.We also have holiday parties for the underprivlleged children in the area

History:
The Old First Ward Community Center has been serving families in many ways for over 25 years. The pantry has been serving the community under new management for over a year , but has been here for many more. In the past year our pantry has increased in clientel a great deal. We have gone from an average of 10 families weekly to over 75 households.
