Wyoming Counties Vision is to serve the counties seniors in all possible areas of functioning. This includes meal site delivery and case management.

The program that is being developed is in need of volunteers to service our frail and low-income seniors with services ranging from a friendly visitor to more complex projects such as small home repairs. The goal is to keep our seniors living in there own homes as long as possible.

Description:
The Wyoming County Agency provides respite, EISEP, and Home delivered meals. We also assist our seniors with legal and financial issues as well as medical transportation and case management.
