Child & Family Services is one of the largest private not-for-profit family service agencies in the country, and we are recognized as a national leader for the innovative programs and services we provide throughout Western New York.

Our agency provides children, adults, families and businesses with a vast array of mental health and human service programs including: Haven House, Stanley G. Falk School, Conners Children's Center, Restorative Justice, family counseling, family mental health services, preventive services; foster care, special needs adoption and after-hours protective services; HIV/AIDS family counseling; residential treatment services for youth; special education programs; domestic violence prevention, treatment and intervention services; employee assistance programs; senior services; family loan; community-based services; and family life education.

While we offer so many outstanding services to the Buffalo area, we are especially proud of our 96% client satisfaction rate.

History:
CFS began its history of caring in 1873 as the first agency of its kind in Erie County. For more than 133 years we have worked to provide children and their families with safe and healthy homes, schools, workplaces and communities.
