Suicide Prevention and Crisis Service, Inc. (Crisis Services) is a unique, private, non-profit mental health and human service agency. Crisis Services is dedicated to promoting the health, safety and well being of the community through prevention, education, immediate intervention and access to community wide resources 24 hours a day.

Description:
Provide 24 hour crisis intervention to all Erie County residents. Services include: 24 hour hotline, Kid's Helpline, Peer Support Line, Emergency Outreach Services, Trauma Response Services, Outreach to the Homeless, Advocate Program and the Police/Mental Health Coordination Project.
Volunteer Opportunities are available through our Phone Program and the Advocate Program.
