Let your spirit soar! The Hospitality Ambassadors at the BNIA are good-will emissaries of the Niagara Region, providing friendly, courteous assistance and useful information to passengers, visitors, and guests at the airport.

Description:
The BNIA is part of the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority. The NFTA is a state authority responsible for managing regional transportation including air, water, bus, and rail.

History:
The Hospitality Ambassadors program was started in 1999 and currently has almost 100 volunteers. The Ambassadors are based in the Information Desk at the Arrivals Level, in the baggage claim area. The desk has volunteers from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Volunteers serve a 2, 3, or 4 hour scheduled shift at least twice a month. And they love it!
