In 2004 3000 children received items from us .
History:
Harvest House began in 1993 when co founders Gary and LInda Tatu sold their home in the suburbs to buy refurbish a derelict city church. The organization has one paid staff person, the director of the baby and children's outreach program, and one part time office staff. All other jobs are performed on a volunteer basis. In 2003, after paying off the mortgage on Harvest House, a second building was donated. The building located at 175 Jefferson Avenue will become the Harvest House Ministry Center and include an expanded Baby and Children's Ministry, a Furniture Bank, a full service health center for the uninsured and underinsured and a family education center. This unique center will be a role model for the country and bring recognition to the city of Buffalo.
