Throughout Erie County, there are human services agencies in need of your finance and accounting expertise. Possible projects include preparation of monthly financial statements; budgeting; accounts payable systems; accounts receivable systems; analysis and implementation o financial controls; risk management; and, development of policies and procedures. The Not For Profit resource Center, one of the initiatives of the United Way of Buffalo & Erie County, would work with you to link your expertise to an agency in need. We would work with you to assure a match that is compatible with your interests, geographic preferences, and times available to volunteer, whether weekdays or other times.
