Our in-patient psychiatric facility's Adult Basic Education program would like to introduce you to a valuable learning opportunity. Both English and Spanish language groups available.Our programs facilitate adult learning in varied and creative ways from social skills to G.E.D. preparation. Join us in the joy of making a difference in another persons' life while earning a certificate.Our local Literacy Council will provide the training in two 3 hour sessions giving you expertise and confidence.Learning situations may include individual and group positions.

All volunteers are required to be committed to respect and confidentiality policies. An orientation process and facility tour along with a meeting with a staff contact would be necessary prior to active involvement.Tutor training would be arranged thereafter.
