Free Medical Clinic for the Low-Income and Non-Insured individuals of McCreary County.

Food Pantry for the Low-Income individuals of McCreary County. Serves over 500 families per month.
Refer clients to other outreach services that are available if it will help their situation.

History:
Established in 1980 to provide needed outreach services to people in need in McCreary County.

Incorporated in 1982 as anon-profit 501(c)3 organization that relies on donations and the support of our community to provide outreach services in our county.
