We are dedicated to promoting the economic, political, cultural, and social rights of immigrants and refugees at the local, state, and federal levels.
Description:
We are a coalition composed of individuals and organizations from all over the state of Kentucky, and we are dedicated to promoting and defending the rights of all immigrants and refugees. We strive to work with community-based organizations and leaders from all communities in Kentucky to further a just and humane society that recognizes the rights and contributions of immigrants and refugees.
History:
We formed out of the movement for comprehensive immigration reform in 2006. We organized the largest rally in recent Kentucky history, bringing an estimated 10,000 people together in Lexington on April 10, 2006.
