The White House Clinics are a 501 (c)3 non-profit corporation and federally qualified health center. The Clinics provide medical, dental, pharmacological, and mental health services regardless of ability to pay. The Clinics provide care to all members of our community while focusing on the uninsured and underinsured. We provide a sliding fee discount for uninsured patients based on their household income and the number of people living in the home.

History:
The White House Clinics were founded in Jackson County by Dr. Phil Curd in 1973. Dr. Curd had just returned from a term of service in the Peace Corps and wanted to serve in a medically underserved area. Since the opening of the first clinic, three other clinics have opened allowing the organization to help many more residents in need from Eastern and Central Kentucky.
