The mission of Prevent Child Abuse Kentucky (PCAK) is to prevent the abuse and neglect of Kentucky's children.
Description:
It is our hope that by valuing children, supporting and educating families and engaging communities, PCAK will strive to create a comprehensive prevention program and increase public awareness so that Kentucky's children are free from abuse and neglect.
History:
Established in 1988, PCAK is the state's leading organization in abuse prevention in all forms- using a comprehensive approach based upon developing and promoting effective strategies and programs, education and public awareness and involvement. By supporting PCAK and its more than 84 Local Council affiliates, you'll help fuel ongoing prevention programs that are helping to end the vicious cycle of child abuse.
