For over 200 years the Cardome Centre has served a prominent position in the historical, cultural, and social development of Scott County. In this new millennium Cardome Centre will continue to be the jewel of Georgetown and a "dear home" to all.

Description:
Cardome Centre is the community center of Georgetown and Scott County. We host a variety of organizations that benefit the people of Scott County. Included are Big Brothers/ Big Sisters, Senior Citizens, Adult Education, Scott County Community Connection, Scott Countians Against Drugs Children's Montessori School of Georgetown and Hospice. Cardome also plays host to the annual Morgan's Raid on Georgetown Civil War Reenactment and the Georgetown International Kite and Culture Festival.
