Description:
We provide a continuum of care that spans traditions and innovative programs from long-term residential care to day care programs. Avery offers a variety of settings from independent living apartments and cottages through intermediate and skilled nursing care.

History:
In the 1950's, A group of Hartford area business executives and clergy developed the concept of Avery Heights. Together, they formed an alliance dedicated to improving the later lives of retired people where the independence and good health would be encouraged and supported.
