Our vision is to ensure that the arts play a part in the lives of all people. Through creative experiences, we strive to strengthen the human spirit and improve the quality of life. Our mission is to provide inclusive hands-on arts programs for people with disabilities.

Description:
Arts for All Connecticut believes that the arts play a vital role in the lives of all people. They give us a universal language through which we enhance education, communicate experiences, and unite diverse cultures. Arts for All Connecticut serves to communicate the power of the arts as a means to develop learning skills, encourage independence, promote inclusion, and positively shape the lives of people with disabilities.

Our programs, festivals and events take place in schools, VA Medical Centers, community centers, group homes, cultural facilities and specialized facilities around the state.

History:
Arts for All Connecticut was founded in 1982 and incorporated as a 501(c)(3) in 1986. Arts for All Connecticut serves people of all ages with disabilities as well as populations at-risk. We encourage inclusive programs for people with and without disabilities; no one is excluded from our programs because of their level of ability or economic status.
