Brittany Farms Health Center (BFHC) is a 284-bed, state-of-the-art, JCAHO-accredited healthcare facility specializing in subacute rehabilitation and long-term care.

Description:
As a center of excellence for subacute rehabilitation, BFHC specializes in intensive therapy following hip and knee replacements, complex fractures, strokes, and regaining strength after a debilitating illness or surgery. We also provide long-term care with a full array of support services, skilled nursing, hospice and respite care, and a Special Care Dementia Unit.

History:
A member of the Hospital for Special Care community - one of the most respected rehabilitation hospitals in the region - Brittany Farms Health center provides comprehensive, restorative care in a plesant, safe, and homelike environment, conveniently located just one mile south of West Farms Mall.
