Global Harmony Institute is dedicated to developing compassionate leadership skills giving people inspiration, resources, and connections to help make the world a more compassionate place. We want to inspire people through the ideas and actions of others who are putting their compassion into action. For people who want to make a difference but don't yet know where to start, we will provide resources and connect them with others who share their desire to help. We will also spotlight and support compassionate happenings around the world in order to create a web of compassion that lights up the globe.

Description:
Global Harmony Institute is focusing on three main initiatives:
• CareCircle.net is an online community dedicated to providing inspiration, connections and resources to people who want to make positive changes locally and globally.
• Computer Contribution Program refurbishes and recycles unwanted computers and donates them to non-profits and schools. This program also provides job-training skills for high school students.
• Stakeholder Business Trust is a new initiative that focuses on a new business model in which the profits are to be equally split between investors, employees and the community. This new model will allows business owners who wish to leave their business as a legacy that serves all stakeholders, rather than merely the investors.

History:
Ours is a very new organization, started in 2004, out of a recognition that we all are one, and need to be responding to the world's many problems from a place of compassionate wisdom.
