Lawyers Without Borders is headed to Kenya, Mozambique, Liberia and Sierra Leone in connection with assessments and projects in development in those regions--with a stop in London--to recruit and introduce lawyers to pro bono service for LWOB in Africa. The travel dates start on May 18, 2008 and repeat in August 2008 and in September 2008.
Donations of Frequent Flyer miles to American Express or to DELTA AIRLINE , are critical for this project and help us preserve our resources for direct project expense.
The next travel is scheduled for mid-late May. You may contact LWOB Director for account numbers to facilitate your donation of miles so we may dispatch two lawyers to the region to help with assessments and details for project launch.
The projects in these regions deal with: Child Rights, Anti-Trafficking in People (ATIP) and training in trial and prosecution of domestic Violence Against Women (VAW).
