Our work has experienced growth in the last six months. We are looking for a mature individual who is probably considered by friends and colleagues as being "super organized". You will help us with the administrative aspects of our filing, telephone contact with "clients", follow up, all things administrative including reception/phone answering.

We are looking for someone who can spend a few days a week, minimum, with us in the office. You will work closely with the Administrative Assistant. The work atmosphere is pleasant, the interns and staff dedicated and interesting.

Good telephone skills and grammar are important, typing skills and organizational skills required. Fluent English a must, but English need not be mother tongue.
