PROGRAM: Permanency
LOCATION: 331 Wethersfield Avenue, Hartford
REPORTS TO: Doreen Jordan/Anita Glover
LENGTH OF SERVICE: ongoing
DAYS/HOURS: 2 days per week/ six hours per day
JOB SUMMARY: To assist the Administrative Assistant in Permanency in completing administrative tasks as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Photocopying a variety of materials(Intake folders, Informational Meeting Packets, PRIDE manuals,etc)
• Organizing filing systems for various permanency forms
• Sending out frequent informational letters to foster and adoptive parents
• Assist in the completion of certain permanency reports
• Other tasks as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS: Organizational skills, familiarity with Microsoft Suite
