 Ever thought about volunteering with children? Not quite sure if you have enough time, experience, knowledge? Sacramento Area Emergency Housing Center is seeking fun-loving, positive people to interact and play with children living in a local family homeless shelter. Volunteers will be able to play games, read books, and just be there for children! No previous experience necessary. Volunteers are needed to hang out with 10-25 kids ranging from 1-17 years old. Only a few volunteers are needed each day, so please give back if you have a few free hours. Dates and times: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 12-4, 4-8 or 6-8 pm, Tuesdays and Fridays 12-4 or 4-6 pm
Volunteers will be require to attend a short interview (approximately 15 minutes) and be fingerprinted. This opportunity is sponsored by: Sacramento Area Emergency Housing Center (SAEHC)
