Adopt A Block - Finding Needs and Meeting Them Group Opportunity
Powered by Truist
Last updated on February 14, 2008

Adopt a Block is a program that reaches out to different neighborhoods in Roseville, Citrus Heights and Sacramento. Every Saturday a team of volunteers loads up their vehicles with bags of groceries, clothing, furniture, toys and household items and takes them to lower income neighborhoods. They go door to door meeting the needs of the people. Adopt A block mows lawns, picks up trash and does whatever else families need. Adopt meets every Saturday at 9:30am.

No training is needed, just willing people.
