Horizon House is a welcoming place where homeless neighbors find the resources and support they need to end their homelessness. We are a private, non-profit, charitable organization serving homeless neighbors in Indianapolis and Central Indiana. We have a "one-stop-shop" day center that offers hospitality, basic needs resources, on-site professional services, information, referrals, and solutions to help homeless and near-homeless neighbors move toward stable living and permanent housing. This mission is also expressed through our advocacy with and for homeless neighbors. Horizon House is a participating agency of the United Way of Central Indiana.

Description:
On site day services provided include employment assistance, rest rooms, showers, basic hygiene and survival supplies, civil legal counsel, housing placement and retention, mental health and substance abuse counseling, food, professional case management, mail delivery, transportation, long and short term storage, local telephone use, medical care, veterans' services family room and family services.
