...the workplace! Today, many young people venture out into the workforce with a diploma but little understanding of the “unwritten rules” of civil behavior. Yet these rules can make all the difference and often determine the success of a person early in their career. Do’s and Taboos gives girls a leg up on the competition by addressing topics such as office protocol, appropriate use of cell phone, email, and social networking sites, professional attire, interviewing/networking skills, dining etiquette, and the simple act of saying thank-you We need you, a woman who knows her stuff when it comes to working in a professional job to serve as an Do’s and Taboos Program Instructor.
Deliver six hours of interactive sessions, broken into one hour segments over six-weeks

Girls Inc. provides you with initial hands-on training and support throughout your program

Do’s and Taboos program instructors should have experience in the following areas: career counseling, business professors, guidance counselors, human resources, good business practices, and/or expertise on business etiquette.

Travel North on Central to 40th, building is located on the Southeast corner, it is a 4 story brick building.
