Provides full time, year round child care services enabling parents to work or continue their education.
Description:
The DCCC provides subsidized care to 90 children that are considered at-risk due to their family size and income. Parents must be employed or continuing their education to be eligible for the subsidized program. Our program is designed to meet the developmental needs of young children and provide experiences that enrich and enhance the child's cognitive, language, social, emotional, physical and creative development. Annual contracts with the Dept. of Human Services and United Way of Morris County support our mission
History:
Founded in 1968, the DCCC is a private, non-profit agency. Licensed by the St. of NJ, the Center serves children ages 0 -5 years. It is a member agency of the United Way of Morris County and sponsored by the Department of Human Services. Parent's tuition is based on their family size and income. it is under the directorship of a Board of Directors. The Center provides full time year round childcare to Infant Toddler and Preschool children.
