Headstart is a federally funded comprehensive child development program serving low income families with children ages 2 1/2 to 5.
There are two centers in the county wtith the main center and administrative offices in Dover. One satellite center is located in Morristown at Neighborhood House on Flagler Street. (Phone 889-8818)
Classes are from (8AM-3:30PM) Mon-Fri.in Morristown and Dover.
