To support the independence, well-being and quality of life of older adults, their families and caregivers, through the provision of client-centered health, social and support services.
History:
Sage used to stand for Summit Area Gerontological Endeavors. The agency began in 1954 and has grown to serve seniors in Union, Essex, Morris and Somerset Counties. We now have Homecare, adult day healthcare, Meals-on-Wheels (40th anniversary), grocery shopping, bill paying, chore service, a workshop that does furniture repair and a Resale shop.
