WCCA TV is a TELEVISION STATION: Public Access / Community Media Center. Our mission is "To ensure people have access to the use of a public forum through various channels of communications including technology and media education and training resources."
Description:
WCCA TV members (citizens like you) produce and present local originated programming transmitted over cable and the world wide web. WCCA performs a valuable role in giving every individual and organization an opportunity to share their views and opinions in an op, increasing communications within the city, citizen empowerment through electronic media, promotes a sense of city pride, and community outreach and events promotions.
Internships are available and some may offer a stipend. Positions are provided with training. Interns are needed as: TV News Reporters/Journalist, Anchor persons, Television Production assistants, Video Vlogging, Web-page Publishers, fund raising, Youth Media Training, peer mentoring and more.

WCCA TV 13 has been providing public access excellence since 1986. We are seen on cable channel 13 in Worcester and on the web at www.wccatv.com

Since 1991 youth programming has developed to now include: Kids Net/Youth Channel, Young Views-Real News, Teen Central: all programs are available for youth 13 through 18. DON'T JUST WATCH TV, MAKE TV.
