We are looking for a volunteer who enjoys helping our students with high school level material-including basic geometry and algebra. We need an individual to assist during class time, with students who need individual help, as it is difficult for one teacher to help all students in the multi-level classroom. Math class is Mon.-Fri. from 9:15-10:00. It is not necessary to commit to all five days. The rewards would be knowing you helped a student achieve her GED. The volunteer must enjoy working with the high school level population, have patience and have a positive outlook on life! This opportunity is sponsored by: Young Parents Program
