MISSION STATEMENT As a Catholic regional hospital, we improve the health and quality of life for the people we serve in a manner that reflects the healing mission of Jesus. VISION STATEMENT Through our Catholic healing ministry, St. Cloud Hospital will be recognized regionally and nationally for our compassionate care, outstanding clinical outcomes, and a superior patient experience.
Description:
St. Cloud Hospital has won many prestigious national awards for the care we provide and customer satisfaction. Our doctors and nurses work hard to deliver excellent patient care, and our volunteers help us exceed expectations. We have a variety of opportunities for volunteers at our St. Cloud Hospital, CentraCare Health Plaza, and other sites. Volunteers serve in three main ways: Assisting staff in patient care areas; providing information and service to families; and working in clerical or office capacities. We try to accommodate your interests and talents while keeping in mind the needs of our health system.
History:
The St. Cloud Hospital was founded in 1886 by Sisters of the Order of St. Benedict. The main structure of the current hospital was built in 1928 and later deeded over to the community. St Cloud Hospital became a member of CentraCare Health System in 1994. Today, St. Cloud Hospital continues to be a non-profit organization that gives back to the community.
