1. Help people prepare for and secure employment through training and family strengthening services.
2. Identify needs and resources to remove barriers.
3. Coordinate services/make referrals as needed.
4. Assist participants in developing problem solving techniques.
5. Conduct case management activities/case reporting/recording, monitor participant progress and provide follow-up.
6. Communicate and work with internal and external teams to deliver services.
7. Build positive relationships and collaborative approach with participants/team members and communicate regularly with all involved.
8. Exercise good judgment in handling participant issues.
9. Provide and promote positive regard to all participants.
   
   

Must be 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen. Must have a high school diploma.
Ability to relate to persons of all ages and of diverse backgrounds, skills and abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Computer skills in Microsoft Office.
Ability to establish work priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Independent thinking and ability to organize workload.
Ability to adjust and be flexible with changing work needs and demands.
Driver’s license and ability to transport participants a plus.
