We try to help students on campus with their studies; it's free and easy to get in contact with us, and that's something I think GUTS has always been proud of. It's all about the Wisconsin Idea.
Description:
There are tutors in all different areas of study, and the smaller groups make it more intimate and less intimidating to ask questions than if you were in a classroom. It's also students helping students, so that also helps decrease the intimidation factor and encourage a better learning experience for everyone (tutor included).
History:
GUTS has been a program on campus for years, and it's all volunteer and supported by segregated fees.
