Our agency's vision is to unite communities by enforcing the importance of leadership. In doing this a community will work together in positively changing ultimately the world. This agency goes with the thought that change locally can affect people globally. If we are role models for others, helping and volunteering throughout our community, this can spark a snowball effect and positively grow spreading care and compassion to others.

Our agency assembles college students in a Fraternity to develop and strengthen friendship and to provide service to humanity.
History:
Our agency's first chapter(ALPHA chapter) was started at Lafayette college. Frank Reed Horton (founder and first national president) December 16, 1925. in 1976, the Nation Convention of Alpha Phi Omega-USA voted to allow women to join as full members. Frank Horton purpose of making this Fraternity was to provide an organization for college men who cooperated with all youth movements, especially scouting.
