South Madison Health and Family Center-Harambee meets the needs of the south Madison community by providing community-based, culturally sensitive, and coordinated health and educational services to serve, promote, and support the health and well-being of families and individuals. South Madison Health and Family Center-Harambee is a multi-agency collaboration between Madison Department of Public Health, Dane County Division of Public Health, Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin, Access Community Health Centers, Dane County Parent Council-Head Start, and South Madison Branch Library.

As the coordinating office of the South Madison Health and Family Center-Harambee, our job is to create programs and services that support the partner agencies. Our programs and services strive to create a strong community of healthy, active, and empowered families and individuals.
