EF Foundation is a worldwide, non-profit high school exchange program dedicated to breaking down barriers of language, culture and geography.

Description:
EF Foundation for Foreign Study is dedicated to encouraging cultural awareness through international education and exchange. Today, EF Foundation reaches over oceans and across borders to high school around the world, providing semester and year-long American high school experiences. With the support of host families, high schools and EF Foundation representatives, we open the world for today's students and tomorrow's leaders.

History:
Since 1979, EF Foundation for Foreign Study has provided study abroad experiences for over 90,000 enthusiastic students from around the world. We welcome high school exchange students from nearly 40 countries to experience American life and culture. Each year we help over 3,000 teenage students spend a semester or a year in communities throughout the United States.
