Community Collaborations International (CCI) works with universities, high schools, youth programs, families, church groups and others to provide support for service oriented travel in the US and internationally. Our goal is to place volunteers where they are needed most and to provide a safe and fulfilling volunteer experience. CCI managed over 1000 volunteers from thirty Universities and other groups providing disaster relief and completing environmental and human service projects internationally.
Description:
CCI provided lodging, food, and work project coordination for over 1000 students and faculty from colleges and universities across the country last year. We accomplished a great deal but much more needs to be done. This year well planned project identification will be more important than ever. CCI will begin coordinating volunteer groups interested in providing support beginning November 1 and continuing through the end of May. CCI connects worthy local projects with volunteers around the world. Many local organizations are doing great work in their communities, but don't have the resources required to recruit international volunteers. CCI collaborates with these organizations and the volunteers needed to make their projects a success. All volunteer programs depend on the skilled coordination of a variety of elements: enthusiastic volunteers, meaningful work, organized projects, and supportive staff. It is our goal at CCI to orchestrate this process for you. We use our global experience and resources to provide volunteer experiences that bring pride and satisfaction to everyone involved.
