An interdenominational ministry of churches organized as a non-profit to provide safe, decent, and affordable housing and other related services to senior citizens and physically challenged persons in the Madison metropolitan area.

Description:
Presently we have three communities. Dempsey Manor which has 25 apartment homes for individuals 55 and better. Meadow Grove which as 60 apartment homes for individuals 55 and better. Taylor Ridge which as 66 apartment homes for individuals 55 and better. Our communities provide low-income and market rate apartment homes.
We provide a variety of services to our residents such as activities, educational programs, transportation, etc.

History:
Seventeen faith communities - Catholic, Lutheran, Methodist, United Church of Christ, Moravian, Presbyterian, Episcopal established Ecumenical Housing Corporation in 1980.
