The MARC original parents who founded MARC in the 1950's are aging out of leadership roles and we need younger professionals to volunteer for our Personnel Committee. The duties of the Personnel Committee include union negotiations, recommending personnel policies, salary and fringe benefit and grievance resolutions to the Board of Directors. Meetings are on Madison's west side about six times per year.
A knowledge of human resources and an empathy for adults with developmental disabilities is recommended. This opportunity is sponsored by: MARC - Madison Area Rehabilitation Centers, Inc.
