Ecumenical Housing Corporation, non-profit housing for people of 55 and better, received three gardening grants from Madison Area Master Gardener's Association. During April we will be preparing the soil, weather permitting. During the week of May 19 we will begin planting. Throughout the summer we will be watering and weeding. Our communities are Dempsey Manor 12 Dempsey Rd Madison, WI Meadow Grove 4815 Cottage Grove Rd Madison, WI Taylor Ridge 510 Westlawn Dr Cottage Grove, WI
Special requirements or training are not needed. We do encourage volunteers to bring their own gardening tools and gloves.
