We are looking for a volunteer coordinator to help us with volunteer recruitment and development.

This non-paid, volunteer position will be in charge of: Coordinating the recruitment, training, communication and activities of NMI volunteers and will also serve as member of the Nominating Committee in order to assist with the identification of potential volunteers to serve on various committees, perform a variety of functions and potentially join the Nuestro Mundo Board of Directors.

This volunteer will have support and report to and take direction from the NMI Board President or his/ her designee.

BOD Members will provide you with support and orientation.
Time Requirement: Average of 5-10 hours per week

We are looking for someoned with excellent organizational and communication skills. Bilingual (Spanish/ English) written as well as verbal skills preferred. Proficient use of PC or MAC required. Must be self directed and able to work independently. Ability to identify and recruit volunteers with a predetermined set of skills into applicable committees and functions.
